Luis is a Senior Software Engineer and Certified Scrum Product Owner with over 10 years of experience building modern web applications and leading cross-functional development teams. At The Network, he brings his deep technical expertise and agile leadership to build innovative tools that combat human trafficking.
He has delivered mission-critical solutions across defense, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML domains, including developing federated blockchain systems and AI-powered platforms for national security applications. Luis specializes in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure automation, and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez.
Luis is a wellness enthusiast, a fan of FC Barcelona, and enjoys playing Magic the Gathering at his local game store.
