As the Product Manager, Julia leads the Research and Development function at The Network. She is responsible for developing and testing new tactics to disrupt the illicit massage industry. After earning a Classics degree at Samford University, Julia participated in a fellowship in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, served university students in London, and worked remotely in sales for a marketing firm. Now, she resides in Capitol Hill, and her pastimes include watercolor painting, reading nonfiction, and short-distance jogging.
