Kate Adams

Program Manager

Kate serves as Program Manager at The Network, supporting partners nationwide in implementing disruption strategies to combat human trafficking. She specializes in helping agencies leverage data, navigate complex trafficking networks, and build collaborative relationships that drive impact. Kate holds a Master’s in International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from American University and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Dallas Baptist University. With both academic research and professional working experience in counter-trafficking, she is passionate about dismantling systems that enable exploitation. In her free time, Kate enjoys learning new languages, reading, and international travel.
